Shipping Policy

• No up-charges. We do not mark up the shipping.
• Check your freight orders. When it leaves here, you and the freight company own it. Note damages on the bill of lading, and of course we   will help you with resolution.

Freight Policy

• In MD, VA, DC, PA, OH, DE, NJ, WV, NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME (remember, this is REGIONAL Chimney Supply)
• We’ll ship over 1,800 for free.
• We’ll ship over 900 for half off.
• We’ll ship caps for free.
• We’ll ship 100 feet of liner for free.
• We won’t ship pallets of Thermix free without at least 50 feet of liner traveling with it.

Credit policy is also reasonable. We extend credit to those who pay for their goods, but no credit for those who don't. We need to be paid just like you need to be paid, so if you have credit, the terms are 20 days. No real high balances. You just need to fill out our credit application which has a personal guarantee and credit card back up.

Our return policy is very liberal. We want you to be happy. You should only return things you actually buy here, and must be in re-saleable condition. Exception: if you make arrangements with the manufacturers, we’ll service the return in cooperation with them. A restocking fee may apply.
