Regional Chimney Supply LLC warrants Pro•Tect™ Chimney Liner and components forever, regardless of who owns the house.

If you ever have a chimney liner fail, for any reason other than abuse, we will replace the failed liner. Abuse includes both physical abuse and burning clorides(salts). Pro•Tect™ 316 Ti .006 Chimney Liner is not intended for use in high-effeciency gas flues.

This warranty is for materials only. Labor charges are between the contractor and homeowner. We alse specifically exclude liability for ancillary damage. Our liability is for the material only.

For the homeowner to collect on the warranty, we must have a properly filled out warranty card on file. Claims must be made through the professional installer, preferably the one who installed the liner.

We reserve the right to inspect the chimney ourselves, but don't expect to want to. We reserve the right to require return of the old liner, but don't expect to want to. We reserve the right to speak to the homeowner, but don't expect to want to. As long as there was no abuse, we'll supply a new liner to replace the old one, along with components if necessary.
